Default What will energy/mana be like in GW2?

Honestly, one of my favorite parts of Guild Wars is energy management. That, among other things, stops Guild Wars from falling in line with the other WoW-like MMOs that exist out there. Things like that give Guild Wars a very unique and fun feel.

That being said, has it been announced what energy/health will be like? Will they keep the current system of gens/degens? As long as it doesn't end up being a cookie cutter mana system like every other game I'm happy.

Go to GW2G => GuildWars2Guru.com/forum

All GW2 discussion, news, articles, and topics go there. And believe me, this one has been discussed to death.

I'll let you make your own decision on whether or not it's a good system, but suffice to say it's quite different from GW1.
